We are thrilled to share that we have successfully completed Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) and pad-making training across the Upper Mustang region of Gandaki Province, Nepal. Through this initiative, we reached 5 wards, 10 villages, and one nunnery.
During this field visit, we had the privilege of engaging with more than 250 participants and stakeholders across different levels of the community. The journey was a powerful reflection of community cohesion, collective support, women’s leadership, and the vital roles played by Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs) and mothers’ groups.
This training went beyond MHM and pad-making - it was about empowering local leadership, strengthening women’s confidence, fostering community participation, and creating lasting social impact.
We are deeply grateful to Conscious Connections Foundation- CCF : Conscious Connection Nepal for their generous support and partnership. We extend our heartfelt thanks to every participant, supporter, and community member who made this journey meaningful and inspiring.
