On World Wetlands Day today, we reflect on the inspiring discussions from yesterday’s World Wetlands Day 2026 Seminar at Tribhuvan University, organized by the Central Department of Environmental Science (CDES). The event brought together experts, students, and practitioners to celebrate wetlands, traditional knowledge, and cultural heritage. We sincerely thank WWF Nepal, the Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation (DNPWC), and the Department of Forest and Soil Conservation (DoFSC), as well as all speakers, panelists, and participants for their valuable contributions.
