ECLF Nepal “Supporting Children Beyond Rescue 💙 The flood may pass, but its impact on a child can remain. Healing takes time.”
ECLF Nepal is collecting child-friendly materials to support children affected by the floods, not only during the immediate emergency but throughout their longer journey of emotional and psychosocial recovery.
We welcome donations of toys, storybooks, drawing and art materials, stationery, puzzles, educational games, sensory toys, and indoor and outdoor play materials.⚠️ IMPORTANT: MATERIAL DONATIONS ONLY No money or financial donations will be accepted or collected for this initiative.

Your new or unused toys, books, crayons, games, or stationery can bring comfort, connection, joy and hope to a child.

The Light That Leads 🌿: Guru

On this sacred day of Guru Purnima, we bow in deep reverence to the teachers, mentors, and guides—our Gurus—who illuminate our path with the light of knowledge, wisdom, and truth.

A Guru, in essence, is the original leader—someone who removes darkness (Gu) and brings light (Ru). They don’t just inform, they transform. They awaken potential, build confidence, and inspire clarity.

Similarly, a true leader is not defined by position, but by purpose—to guide, uplift, and ignite growth in others. A leader, like a Guru, doesn’t walk ahead in pride, but walks beside in presence—listening, reflecting, encouraging.

✨ Leadership Insight:

“A Guru shows the way not by giving directions, but by walking with you in the dark—carrying the light of awareness.” Let’s honour our Gurus by embodying the values they taught us:
💡 Integrity, Compassion, Courage,Humility,Service

• Who brought light into your life through knowledge or belief in you?
• How has their leadership shaped your own?
