Discussion, learning, and transformation are at the heart of social work education, professional growth, and leadership development values we strive to practice continuously. In this journey, I had the privilege of engaging in meaningful conversations, reflective discussions, and exchanges of ideas with students from Amity University (Master’s in Social Work) and Windesheim Honours College (BBA, GPCM). These interactions created a valuable space for shared learning, critical reflection, and mutual inspiration.

छलफल, सिकाइ र रुपान्तरण सामाजिक कार्य शिक्षा, पेशागत विकास तथा नेतृत्व विकासका आधारभूत पक्षहरू हुन्, जसलाई हामीले निरन्तर अभ्यास गर्दै आएका छौँ। यसै क्रममा, Amity University (Masters in Social Work) तथा Windesheim Honours College (BBA, GPCM) का विद्यार्थीहरूसँग विचार आदान–प्रदान, अनुभव साझेदारी तथा प्रतिबिम्बात्मक छलफल गर्ने अवसर प्राप्त भयो। यी अन्तरक्रियाहरूले साझा सिकाइ, समालोचनात्मक सोच र आपसी प्रेरणाको सुन्दर वातावरण सिर्जना गर्यो |

आज मिति २०८३ जेठ १० गते, वागमती प्रदेश सरकारकी उद्योग, वाणिज्य, भूमि तथा प्रशासन मन्त्री मा. बिन्दु श्रेष्ठज्यूको हाम्रो Shikharapur CLC मा आत्मीय भ्रमण तथा यहाँ सञ्चालन भइरहेका गतिविधि र उत्कृष्ट अभ्यासहरूको अवलोकनसँगै विभिन्न विषयमा अर्थपूर्ण छलफल सम्पन्न भयो।

सामाजिक विकास कार्यालय, ललितपुरको आयोजना तथा रुक्मिणी प्रतिष्ठान र शिखरपुर क्याम्पसको समन्वयमा सञ्चालन गरिएको “Specialized IT and AI Training for Youths’ Entrepreneurship” तालिम शुभारम्भ कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ।

कार्यक्रममा ३६ जना युवाहरूको उत्साहजनक सहभागिता रहेको थियो। 💡
यस तालिमले युवाहरूलाई IT र AI सम्बन्धी सीप विकास गर्दै उद्यमशीलताको नयाँ अवसरतर्फ अघि बढ्न प्रेरणा दिने विश्वास लिएका छौं। 🚀

शिखरापुर CLC को आयोजना तथा दक्षिणकाली नगरपालिका कृषि शाखाको समन्वयमा मिति २०८३ बैशाख २४ र २५ गते शिखरापुर ALRC भवनमा २ दिने “नर्सरी बिरुवा उत्पादन तालिम” सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भयो। 🌿
उद्यमशील महिला कृषक तथा पशुपालक समूह र सिद्धेश्वर कृषक समूहको सक्रिय सहभागितामा सम्पन्न उक्त तालिममा सहभागीहरूले नर्सरीमा स्वस्थ र गुणस्तरीय बिरुवा उत्पादनका लागि आवश्यक नर्सरी ब्याडको तयारी, माटो उपचार तथा बिउ छर्ने सही तरिकाबारे व्यवहारिक सीप हासिल गर्ने अवसर पाउनु भयो ।
साथै, स्थानीय स्रोत–साधनको उचित उपयोग, दिगो कृषि अभ्यास तथा वातावरणमैत्री खेती प्रणालीबारे महत्वपूर्ण ज्ञान समेत प्राप्त भयो।
यस प्रकारका कार्यक्रमहरूले कृषि उद्यमी समूहलाई आत्मनिर्भर खेतीतर्फ अग्रसर गराउँदै स्वस्थ माटो, सुरक्षित उत्पादन र दिगो कृषिको आधारलाई अझ मजबुत बनाउने विश्वास लिइएको छ। 🌱
सीप, ज्ञान र व्यवहारिक अभ्यासले बिरुवादेखि व्यवसायसम्मको यात्रा अझ सशक्त तथा सफल बनोस् भन्ने शिखरापुर सामुदायिक सिकाइ केन्द्रको शुभकामना। 🙏
With the collaboration of Shikharapur Community Learning Center and the Agriculture Branch of Dakshinkali Municipality, the “Nursery Plant Production Training” which lasted for two days was conducted successfully on 24 and 25 Baisakh 2083 at the Shikharapur ALRC Building.This training received active participation from entrepreneurial women farmers and livestock farmers, as well as Siddheshwar Farmers Group members. It provided the participants an opportunity to learn how to prepare the nursery bed, treat the soil, and sow seeds properly to produce high-quality nursery plants.
Moreover, they were provided with vital information concerning proper resource utilization, sustainability in agriculture, and environmentally sound farming systems.
It is hoped that such schemes would help promote entrepreneurial groups in agriculture to become self-sufficient farmers with healthy soil and safe production techniques.
From Shikharapur Community Learning Center, we hope that skills, knowledge, and learning would empower this journey from seedling to enterprise🙏

Through the effective use of local resources, this training aims to promote healthy soil, safe production, and environmentally friendly agriculture. It is a meaningful step toward empowering farmers with knowledge and encouraging self-reliance in farming.
