Leo Club of Hetauda Lord Buddha is the youth organisation of Lions Club International. The word "Leo" stands for Leadership Experience Opportunity.

Leo club encourages youth to develop leadership qualities by participating in social service activities. Leo Club Objective

To provide the youth of the world with an opportunity for development and contribution, individually and collectively, as responsible members of the local, national and international community. Leo Club Motto

Leadership – Develop skills as a project organizer, time manager

and team leader. Experience – Learn how teamwork, cooperation and collaboration can bring exciting changes to your community and the world. Opportunity – Make friends and feel the rewards of community service. Leo Club History

Coach Jim Graver started the Leo ball rolling in 1957 and chances are that ball was a baseball. Graver was the baseball coach of the Abington High School in Pennsylvania, USA and an active member of the Glenside Lions Club. With help from his fellow Lion, William Ernst, the first Leo club was charted on December 5, 1957. As the world's first Leo club, the Abington High School Leo Club created the Leo acronym – Leadership, Equality, Opportunity – and chose their school colors, maroon and gold to serve as the Leo club colors. Later, Equality was changed to Experience. In October 1967, the board of directors of Lions Clubs International adopted the Leo Club Program as an official program of the association. The Leo Club Program has continued to grow within the last 50 years. Leos now constitute an international network of over 6,500 clubs in over 140 countries. Community service remains the cornerstone of the program, fostering a lifetime commitment to helping others. Like their Lion counterparts, Leo club members enjoy serving their neighbors and watching positive results unfold.

पैदल हिडेर नै ३ देश ( नेपाल , भारत , बङ्लादेश ) पूरा गरेका लियो रोहन अग्रवाल मात्र २२ वर्षको छन र महाराष्ट्रको नागपुर (भारत ) बाट आएका हुन। यो यात्रा उनले २१००० वर्गको क्षेत्रमा गरे र धेरै पटक लिफ्ट पनि लिएका छन । भारतको २९ राज्य, बंगलादेशको ६४ जिल्लाहरू, र नेपालका धेरै हिस्साहरूमा यात्रा गरेका उनेले ३.८ सालसम्म यो यात्रा चलाएका छन । यो यात्राको आरम्भिक उद्देश्य र त्यसको खतरनाक प्रभाव बारेमा मानिसहरूमा जागरूकता जागाउने र विभाजकमा एकताको सन्देश पुगाउने उनको भनाई छ । पर्यावरणको बारेमा उनले सन्देश प्रसार गर्नका लागि धेरै विद्यालय र संस्थानहरूको भ्रमण गरीसकेका छन । पछि उनी साइबेरियामा जाने, जहाँ तापक्रम -७२ डिग्री छ र यो पृथ्वीमा सबैभन्दा चिसो स्थान हो। भारतबाट जमिनको बाटो दक्षिण एशिया जाने उनको भनाई छ साइबेरिया जाने क्रममा ,अर्को ५ वर्षमा दक्षिण एशियाका २० देशहरू हिडेर पूरा गर्ने छन ।
मकवानपुरमा उनलाई लियो क्लब ३२५ एस नेपालले स्वागत सम्मान गरेको छ ।।

लियो क्लब अफ हेटौंडा लर्ड बुद्धले आफ्नो अक्षयकोष बाट आज भिम्फेदी ३ स्थित पान्द्राङमा रहेको श्री लेख पान्द्राङ प्राथमिक विध्यालयमा ७४ जाना विधार्थीहरुलाई विद्यार्थीहरुको आबसेक्ता अनुसार sweater उपलब्ध गरी सहयोग गरियो।
त्यसै विध्यालयका शिक्षाका Sujita Shrestha ज्यु लाई समवन्यको लागि धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछौ।
