Two beautiful days with the women of Sankheshwori Nari Chetana, , Shankhu–Dhulikhel, a group under the alliance of Nari Chetana Kendra Nepal - WACN.
There was laughter, there were tears, and there was the courage to share, listen, and learn together.
Through stories, reflection, and practical skills, we explored ways to care for ourselves and support other women and men in their healing journeys.
We did not come together to “fix” anyone. We came together to connect, learn, and strengthen the wisdom and resources already within individuals and the community.
Because healing does not always happen alone—often, it grows in community. 🌱

It was a wonderful experience connecting and learning with the incredible women of the Nari Chetana Kendra Nepal - WACN group in Dhulikhel. Even the rain drumming on the tin roof couldn’t dampen their enthusiasm!
We were delighted that they enjoyed the sessions and asked for more opportunities to learn together. We hope the knowledge and skills shared will support their own healing and well-being, while strengthening their ability to support others on their journeys.
Thank you to everyone who participated and made this a meaningful experience. 🙏🏾
