At Bhoomithan, we are building solutions that connect sustainability, community, and conscious living. Through our flagship initiative, Phoolbatti, we create handcrafted natural incense and eco-friendly products while supporting local artisans and promoting circular, nature-based livelihoods.

We are looking for a Business Operations & Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This role combines field sales, operations, customer relationship management, and coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation.

Position Details

📍 Location: Bhangal, Budhanilkantha
🕒 Employment: Full-time (5.5 days/week, hybrid)
💰 Compensation:
• Rs. 26,000 salary
• Rs. 4,000 transportation allowance
• Performance-based sales commission

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least one year of experience in sales, operations, or field coordination
• Possesses strong communication and organisational skills
• Owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory)
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable with fieldwork
• Shares our commitment to sustainability, community empowerment, and meaningful work
