The GYAN Fellowship Team recently visited five government schools as part of groundwork for our Strengthening STEM Pipeline initiative. These visits gave the team a chance to connect with school leadership, teachers, and students, and to better understand the day-to-day realities of each school community.

We're grateful to the schools for welcoming us and look forward to building on these early conversations in the months ahead.

This month, our fellows came together to share their successes, discuss challenges from their classrooms, exchange ideas, and set goals for the weeks ahead. Through honest conversations, collaborative problem-solving, and continuous reflection, we are building a stronger community of educators committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for every student.

A special highlight was our Learning Thursday session on impact evaluation by Uttam Sharma, Research Lead at Institute for Integrated Development Studies - IIDS, reminding us of the importance of measuring and understanding the difference we make in students’ lives.
