The second day of the camp was equally impactful. Today, 185 people received free medicine and medical check-ups from experts. In total, we have now reached 350 marginalized individuals. Among them, 13 women require immediate surgery.

The first day of the Health Camp in Melung Rural Municipality-05 was conducted successfully with a clear focus on our objectives. A total of 150 marginalized individuals received free medical check-ups and essential medicines. During the camp, we identified 7 cases of uterine prolapse that require urgent surgical intervention. We are seeking support to raise approximately $3,000 to assist these patients. Any help in generating these funds would be deeply appreciated.

This year, we plan to organize a health camp focused on uterine prolapse and general medical check-ups in marginalized communities of Melung Rural Municipality, Dolakha. It is expected that around 400 individuals, including 200 women, will benefit from free medical consultations and medicines. The support from Samundra Belgium represents a significant contribution to improving the health and well-being of vulnerable women in Nepal.

What an exciting moment!
Samundra Nepal, with financial support from Samundra Belgium, is supporting the construction of a two room canteen block at Sitapaila Secondary School, located in Tamakoshi Rural Municipality of the mountainous district, Dolakha, Nepal. The canteen is being built with the objective of providing a healthy kitchen and dining space for around 300 students and teachers.

Today, the foundation work officially began with a traditional ritual ceremony.
We are proud to create meaningful impact with the support of Samundra Belgium.
