आज हाम्रो देश नया युगमा प्रवेश गरेको जस्तो लागि रहेको छ। अबको समय हाम्रो समय अर्थात् देशलाइ माया गर्ने हरुको समय। अब देश बनाउने पालो हाम्रो काँधमा आएको छ। यो जिम्मेवारीमा हामी एक इन्च पनि नडगमगाई निष्ठाका साथ लागीपर्ने छौँ । अब हामी हिजोका दिनमा कस्ले के गरे भन्ने नकारात्मक कुरामा अल्झिने छैनौँ। तर हिजोका सत्ताको दम्बमा गरिएका गल्तिहरु जुन गल्तिले हाम्रो नयाँ युगमा चेतना, सावधानी, सतर्कता र कानुनी राज्यको जग बसाल्न मदत गर्छ भने तेस्ता गल्ति लाइ कानून बमोजिम सम्बोधन गरि निष्कर्षमा पुर्याइने छ भन्ने विश्वास गरेका छौँ। राज्यको ढुकुटी र जनताको अबहेलना हुने छैन र गर्नेलाइ कानूनको लाइनमा लगाइने छ भन्ने विश्वास गरेका छौँ.
जे जति नोक्सान भयो अब परिवर्तनको समयमा त्यो हामी निर्माण गर्ने जुट्ने छौ। जापानको हिरोशिमा र नागासाकी शहर जुन पूर्ण रुपमा धोस्त भएका थिए ति पहिले भन्दा राम्रा र व्यवस्थित भएर निस्के। अब त्यो जोश हामीमा पनी हुने छ। जब जनता र नेतामा देश विकासको प्रेम हुन्छ तब देश लाइ अघि बढ्न कसैलेपनी बाधा पुर्याउन सक्दैन।
अब हामी आत्तिने र डराउने छैनौ। देश बिकास गर्न हामी सबैले आ-आफ्नो काम इमान्दार लगनशील भएर गरे पुग्छ। हामी उन्नत र बिकासका ढाँचा समय संगै आ-आफ्नो स्तर बाट कोर्ने छौँ । आज भन्दा अगाडी देश नेताको मात्र थियो अब हामी सबैको हुनेछ।

Today it feels as though our country has entered a new era. From now on, this is our time — the time of those who truly love the nation. The responsibility of building the country has now come upon our shoulders. In this duty, we will not waver even an inch but will devote ourselves with loyalty and dedication.
We will no longer be entangled in the negativity of who did what in the past. However, if the mistakes made in the arrogance of past power can help our new era lay the foundation of awareness, caution, vigilance, and the rule of law, then we believe such mistakes will be addressed and resolved according to the law. We believe that the nation’s treasury will no longer be neglected, the people will no longer be ignored, and those who exploit will be brought under the rule of law.
Whatever losses were suffered, in this time of change we will gather ourselves to rebuild. Just as Japan’s cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, once completely destroyed, reemerged better and more organized than before, we too will carry that same spirit. When both the people and the leaders are filled with love for the country’s development, no one can obstruct the nation’s progress.
We will no longer be panicked or afraid. To develop the nation, each of us simply needs to perform our respective duties with honesty and dedication. We will, in step with time, create the framework of advancement and development at our own levels. Until now, the country belonged only to the leaders — but from today onward, it will belong to us all.
