At Dicky Tsering Home, we believe that inner peace is just as important as outer success. That's why our children practice meditation—to calm their thoughts, find stillness within, and carry a sense of serenity through every day.

For children who have known hardship, meditation becomes a gentle healing tool. It teaches them to breathe through challenges, to listen to their hearts, and to grow with grace. 🌿💕
