Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Command Incharge located in Kathmandu. The Command Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the operational deployment and management of cadets, organizing and leading training sessions, supervising environmental and social service programs, and ensuring compliance with discipline and operational guidelines. Responsibilities also include coordinating with schools, local communities, and stakeholders to manage Green Army programs, delivering progress reports, and fostering leadership among cadets while maintaining the organization's vision and values.
Qualifications
▪︎ Leadership, team management, and mentorship skills to guide and inspire cadets and teams effectively
▪︎ Proficiency in environmental conservation practices, disaster preparedness training, and community engagement
▪︎ Strong communication skills including public speaking, written communication, and coordination with diverse stakeholders
▪︎ Experience in organizing and conducting training programs and events in areas such as discipline, drills, or self-defense
▪︎ Ability to plan, execute, and report on community service and organizational activities
▪︎ Understanding of youth empowerment strategies, leadership development, and social service initiatives
▪︎ Prior experience working with NGOs, schools, or community organizations is an advantage
▪︎ Proven ability to maintain a structured operational framework with a focus on discipline and efficiency
• Remuneration: NRS 50,000/-
• Duty Hours: 48 Hours Weekly
• Must have two wheelers vehicle.
• Education: Bachelor’s preferred with 3 years experience or Master's degree with at least one year Experience
