BNMT Nepal was pleased to join the Creative Health Research Methods Course by Creative Nepal.
This course was one of the first programs in Nepal, tailored to explore how creative and participatory approaches can strengthen health research. The course aimed to bridge conventional research methods with unique Nepali cultural and community practices, encouraging researchers to use storytelling, art, and lived experiences to generate more inclusive, contextually relevant, and people-centered evidence.

Another milestone for the Trauma Hub Project!
Following our recent partnership in Nawalparasi East, we are glad to sign a tripartite MoU with Chandrapur Municipality, Chandranigahpur Hospital, & BNMT Nepal, in presence of Mr. Sanjay Kafle, Mayor, Mr. Nilhari Koirala, Ward Chairperson & Mr. Rajesh Kumar Thakur, Health Coordinator, from Chandrapur Municipality, Dr. Abhinandan Shrivastab, MeSu, Chandranigahpur Hospital, BNMT team and other government stakeholders; to strengthen trauma care through the operation of the Trauma Centre in district.
Trauma Hub Project is being implemented by BNMT Nepal with the funding support from Subonita Foundation, USA.

'Community willingness towards a hypothetical new TB vaccine: a qualitative study to explore the enablers and barriers for vaccine acceptability in Nepal' - An OUCRU Nepal - BNMT Nepal collaborative initiative!
The study showed the following:
- People in Nepal show a positive attitude towards a future TB vaccine.
- Trust in the health system and positive vaccination experiences encourage acceptance.
- Knowledge gaps, safety concerns, lost income, and access barriers may limit uptake.
- Clear communication, equitable access, and strong service delivery will be essential for successful vaccine rollout
