The Department of Public Health, Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences (KUSMS) is pleased to announce that the Consortium of Academic Institutions for Public Health in Nepal (CAIPHEN), in collaboration with the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) and KUSMS is organizing a "Public Health Conference" on 16th and 17th May 2026.

This conference aims to bring together public health professionals, faculty members, and students to share knowledge, research, and experiences that contribute to strengthening public health practice and academia in Nepal.

We warmly invite faculty members, researchers, and students to submit abstracts showcasing their research, innovations, and experiences in the field of public health.

The Department of Public Health announces an urgent call to join a week-long course on "Planetary Health" brought to you by the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, the Consortium of Public Health Institutions in Nepal (CAIPHEN) and the Department of Public Health, Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences starting from 18th to 23rd May, 2025.

The fellowship including travel and accommodation support will be provided for selected 10 students/professionals/faculties all over Nepal. An interested applicant can send an application at [email protected] by 12th May 2025, 12 AM NST.
