गरिमा चौधरी हत्या घटनापछि मध्यविन्दुकी किशोरी सशक्तीकरण कार्यक्रमकी साथी शिक्षक अधिकारीको सरकारसँग आग्रह

मध्यविन्दु–१०, आरुङ्गखोलाकी किशोरी सशक्तीकरण कार्यक्रमकी साथी शिक्षक श्रीस्का अधिकारीले बारामा तीन वर्षीया बालिका गरिमा चौधरीको हत्या घटनापछि सरकारसँग बालिका तथा महिलाको सुरक्षाका लागि प्रभावकारी कदम चाल्न आग्रह गरेकी छन्।

घटनापछि सामाजिक सञ्जालमा धारणा सार्वजनिक गर्दै अधिकारीले छोरीहरू सुरक्षित रूपमा हिँड्न सक्ने वातावरण निर्माणलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने बताएकी छन्। उनले आफ्नो पोस्टमा लेखेकी छन् :

«“चाहिँदैन ठूलो र चिल्लो सडक
छोरी मान्छे सुरक्षित हिँड्न सक्ने एउटा गल्ली बनाइदेऊ सरकार। 🙏🥹
ठूला–ठूला सडक, महँगा भवन र विकासका योजनाहरू देखेर मात्र देश विकसित भएको महसुस हुँदैन। जब एउटी छोरी घरबाट बाहिर निस्कँदा सुरक्षित फर्किनेमा ढुक्क हुन सक्दिन, तब हाम्रो विकास अझै अधुरो हुन्छ। आज पनि नेपालमा महिला तथा छोरीहरूमाथि हिंसा, दुर्व्यवहार र असुरक्षाका घटनाहरू भइरहेका छन्। 😓💔
नारी दिवसमा एक दिन शुभकामना दिएर, सम्मानका कुरा गरेर मात्र नारीको सम्मान हुँदैन। नारीलाई हरेक दिन सुरक्षित वातावरण, समान अधिकार, सम्मान र न्याय चाहिन्छ। सरकारसँग ठूला–ठूला कुरा होइन, आफ्ना छोरीहरू डरबिना हिँड्न सक्ने समाज बनाइदिन अनुरोध छ। 🙏
किनकि देशको साँचो विकास चिल्ला सडकले होइन, छोरीले बिना डर सडकमा हिँड्न सक्ने वातावरणले देखाउँछ।
जुन देशमा नारी सुरक्षित छैनन्, त्यहाँ नारी दिवस केवल उत्सव होइन, परिवर्तनको आवाज बन्नुपर्छ। 😭🙏💔”»

जितपुरसिमरा उपमहानगरपालिका वडा नं. १ बाट साउन ३१ गतेदेखि हराइरहेकी ३ वर्षको बालिका गरिमा चौधरीको शव आज अत्यन्तै दर्दनाक अवस्थामा फेला परेको खबरले मन स्तब्ध भएको छ।

एक अबोध बालिकामाथि भएको यस्तो जघन्य घटनाले सम्पूर्ण समाजलाई झस्काएको छ। एउटा परिवारले आफ्नी सानी छोरी गुमाएको छ, तर यो पीडा त्यो परिवारको मात्र होइन, सम्पूर्ण समाजको पीडा हो।

गरिमाको मृत्यु बलात्कार पछि हत्या भएको र यसका पछाडि को-को संलग्न छन् भन्ने विषयमा तत्काल, निष्पक्ष र गहिरो अनुसन्धान हुन आवश्यक छ। दोषी जोसुकै भए पनि कुनै दबाब वा प्रभावबिना प्रमाणका आधारमा कानुनअनुसार कडा कारबाहीको हामी माग गर्दछौ।
