The Story of How Butwal Hacks Ignited, Where We Are Now, and What’s Coming Next?🔥
It all started with one email: “Approved!”
Hack Club gave us the green light to bring Daydream to Butwal, and in that exact moment Butwal Hacks was born.
Rabin Chudali became our bridge to the global Hack Club team. Prarambha Bashyal , Hardik Chapagain , and a squad of absolute legends poured their hearts into making Daydream unforgettable. We launched it under the name Butwal Hacks, and something magical happened. The name stuck. People loved it. The community claimed it. It felt like home.
One event was never going to be enough.
Prarambha, Hardik, and Rabin looked at each other and said: “Let’s keep this fire alive.” That’s the day Butwal Hacks stopped being just an event and turned into a movement. Right now we’re in the first steps of registering as an official NGO so this dream gets the strong roots it deserves.
Where We Are Right Now 🚀
Butwal Hacks is no longer a “maybe”. It’s alive, growing, and louder every month.
Students from across Rupandehi are showing up, building projects, making friends, and realizing they belong in tech.
We’re obsessed with one thing: hosting events that actually matter. Workshops, meetups, and hackathons that leave you walking out prouder and more confident than when you walked in.
The Future We’re Building Together 👀
• Flood Butwal with epic student focused events
• Team up with communities, companies, and dreamers everywhere
• Plant a tech culture in Rupandehi so strong that no one ever feels “I can’t do this here” again
• Back every single student who wants to host their own event. We’ve got your back!

Butwal Hacks is still young, but look how far we’ve come in such a short time. This journey keeps teaching us, pushing us, and lighting us up every single day. Thank you to everyone riding with us.
This is just the beginning.
