🕯️ STANDING IN SOLIDARITY FOR JUSTICE 🕯️

The Rotaract Club of Lumbini Star successfully organized a Candle Lighting Program in solidarity with Garima Chaudhary and her family, calling for justice, child safety, and a fair legal process. 🕯️✊

Our members came together at Hospital Line to express their support, raise awareness, and stand united against violence and injustice.

This initiative was a small but meaningful step to remind everyone that every child deserves safety, dignity, and justice. ❤️

🍎 भक्तजनहरूलाई फलफूल तथा पानी वितरण एवं मन्दिर सरसफाइ कार्यक्रम 🙏

Every year, we organize the Fruit, Juice, and Temple Sanitation Program as part of our continued commitment to serving the community.

During the holy period of साउने सोमबार, we distributed fruits and juice to devotees visiting the temple for worship. At the conclusion of the program, we also conducted a temple sanitation campaign to promote cleanliness and contribute to the preservation of our cultural and religious values.

The program was successfully organized through the collaboration of Rotary, Rotaract, and the Temple Committee. Devotees who visited the temple warmly received and appreciated the services provided throughout the program.

We would like to extend our special thanks to our coordinators, Smarika Kuwar and Pretty Kandel, for their active participation, valuable support, and contribution toward the successful completion of the event.

🌸 Healthy Mother, Healthy Future 🌸

On the occasion of World Breastfeeding Week 2026, Rotaract Club of Lumbini Stars successfully organized the “Healthy Mother, Healthy Future – पूर्ण स्तनपान प्रवर्द्धन एवं पोषण सहयोग कार्यक्रम” on Wednesday, 5 August 2026 (२०८३ साउन २० गते) at आधारभूत स्वास्थ्य सेवा केन्द्र, बुटवल–५.

As part of the initiative, nutritious food was distributed to children below 24 months and postnatal mothers to support maternal and child nutrition. The program emphasized the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, proper nutrition, maternal health, and a healthy beginning for every child. 💗

The program was chaired by Rtr. Er. Adhish Dhakal and conducted in the gracious presence of Chief Guest Mr. Hari Prasad Shrestha, Chairman of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City–5, along with Special Guest CP Rtr. Bimal Dhakal, Ms. Pragya Bhattarai, Health Officer (Nursing), Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Ms. Bipana Gyawali, Head of Basic Health Service Center–5, and Rtr. Saurav GC, Program Coordinator.

Through meaningful initiatives like these, Rotaract Club of Lumbini Stars continues its commitment to community service, maternal and child well-being, and building a healthier future. 🌍💗
