Community Meetup 🫶🏼💚
We successfully wrapped up our community meetup at Yama Buddha Skatepark, bringing together junior and senior skaters, mentors, and the growing skate community of Kathmandu. It was inspiring to see everyone connect, share experiences, and support each other.

From meaningful conversations with our speaker to the energy of Game of Skate and Bowl Jam, the day was all about unity, progression, and fun.

Special moment as the park, not yet officially open, came alive with the community for this event. This is just the beginning.

Community Meetup: 💥 💚
Skate Aid Nepal is organizing a community meetup on April 4, from 2:00–3:00 PM at Yama Buddha Skatepark, Pahelopull, Kathmandu.

This meetup aims to bring together junior and senior skaters, along with mentors from the skateboarding community, to connect, share experiences, and grow together. What started as a small discussion series at our office has now expanded into the community at our new skatepark.

The session will also feature fun activities including a Game of Skate and a Bowl Jam.

SkateAid Nepal continues to empower children, girls, and youth through skateboarding as a powerful tool for community growth.

In partnership with Asish Social Service, we recently hosted a skateboarding workshop for girls rescued from trafficking. It’s inspiring to see how skateboarding is helping them rebuild confidence, find joy, and begin healing from trauma.

Big thanks to Travis for bringing this idea forward, and to RMT for supporting us with skate setups.

Our Homegrown Local Boy Ankit B.K from Skate Aid Nepal has been featured in an international skate magazine! This is a first for our young riders and such an inspiring step for the next generation of skateboarders in Nepal.

Seeing our little skaters getting global recognition shows that dreams from our skatepark can reach the world.

Grateful beyond words 🙏
Last year, a photo exhibition was held in the USA at “The Method Skateboards & Coffee”, featuring powerful images from Nepal. The aim was simple but deeply meaningful to raise funds for the Skate Aid Nepal Medical Trust Fund, which is urgently needed to support our kids here in Nepal.

The exhibited photographs are by (JJ Uncle). This was his idea and initiative, and it stands as a powerful example of how one person’s vision can create real change. All the funds raised are being used solely for medical treatment for participating and needy kids in Nepal.

Thank you to all the generous supporters for believing in this mission and helping us provide the best possible care for our children. We are truly thankful for the love, effort, and support.
