Rotaract Club of Shankaracharya successfully conducted its 2nd Club Assembly & 34th Regular Meeting on 6th June 2026 under the chairmanship of President RY 2025-26, Rtr. Amit Kumar Sarraf. This significant gathering brought together Board Members and club members in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

The meeting focused on the presentation of the Plan of Action, Event Reports, and Financial Reports for the current Rotary Year by the respective directors. The President and Directors also shared the club’s vision and goals for the days ahead. These discussions fostered active participation, encouraged the exchange of fresh ideas, and helped set a clear roadmap for future initiatives.

A key highlight of the assembly was the announcement by Rtr. Akshat Chaudhary, the Incoming President for RY 2026-27, who proudly introduced his Board Members for the upcoming year. We are excited to witness the club continue to thrive under their leadership and vision.

✨ Rotaract Club of Shankaracharya Successfully Participated at PST-Elect Learning Seminar – Zone III & Zone XIV ✨

With an enthusiastic participation of 53 Presidents-Elect, Secretaries-Elect, and Treasurers-Elect, the PST-Elect Learning Seminar for Zone III & Zone XIV was successfully concluded on 13th June 2026 at Brahmadik Academy, Hetauda.

The seminar was a day full of learning, interaction, and preparation for Rotary Year 2026–27, empowering future club leaders to lead with integrity, inspire with vision, and serve with leadership.

Members of the Rotaract Club of Shankaracharya actively participated in the seminar, gaining valuable insights and strengthening their commitment to effective leadership and service.

The Rotaract Club of Shankaracharya conducted its 33rd General Meeting on 16th May 2026 at Hotel Pujan (4th Floor).

Many important agendas regarding upcoming projects were discussed under the leadership of President Rtr. Amit Kumar Sarraf, followed by fun games and fellowship after the meeting 🤝

The club also felicitated Charter President Rtr. Piyush Agrawal and President RY 2025-26 Rtr. Amit Kumar Sarraf for being designated to the District Team for the upcoming tenure. We are extremely proud of their achievements and dedication.

We also felicitated Past President of Rotaract Club of Birgunj, Rtr. Ayush Gupta, for standing in the DDR election. We extend our best wishes for his future endeavors and upcoming years.

The 18th Rotaract District Conference 2026 (RDC 2026) organized by Rotaract District 3292 Nepal Bhutan was successfully concluded on 08 & 09 May 2026 at Sauraha Sava Hall.

The conference was hosted by Rotaract Club of Ratnanagar. Rotaract Club of Shankaracharya members actively participated throughout the two-day conference, contributing to fellowship, networking, leadership learning, and district-level engagement.

The mega event featured various cultural performances, dance presentations, poem recitals, interactive sessions, and entertainment programs that reflected the creativity, diversity, and unity of Rotaractors throughout the district.
