अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय श्रवण-दृष्टिविहीन दिवसको हार्दिक शुभकामना! ✨
"दोस्रो अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय श्रवण दृष्टिविहीन दिवसको अवसरमा राष्ट्रिय बहिरा महासंघ, राष्ट्रिय अपाङ्ग महासंघ- कोशी प्रदेश, कोशी बहिरा संघका पदाधिकारीज्यू र विराट बहिरा मा.वि. का शिक्षक विद्यार्थीहरूको उपस्थितिमा चित्रकला कार्यक्रम गरियो।"

नयनमा दृष्टिको र कानमा ध्वनिको अभाव हुँदैमा कसैको संसार अन्धकार र शान्त हुँदैन। श्रवण-दृष्टिविहीन हुनु भनेको क्षमताको अन्त्य होइन, संसारलाई स्पर्श, हृदय र फरक दृष्टिकोणले महसुस गर्ने एउटा विशेष तरिका हो।
कला र भावनाको कुनै सीमा हुँदैन भन्ने कुरा आज हाम्रा विशेष दाजुभाइ, दिदीबहिनी र विद्यार्थीहरूले आफ्नो क्यानभासका रङ्गहरू मार्फत प्रमाणित गरिदिएका छन्। समाजका रूपमा हाम्रो दायित्व उनीहरूका लागि दया देखाउनु होइन, बल्कि उनीहरूको क्षमतालाई बुझेर एउटा रङ्गिण र पहुँचयोग्य वातावरण तयार गरिदिनु हो। आउनुहोस्, हामी सबै मिलेर यस्तो समाजको निर्माण गरौँ जहाँ हरेक व्यक्तिले सम्मान र स्वतन्त्रताका साथ आफ्नो पहिचान बनाउन सकोस्।

राष्ट्रिय बहिरा महासंघ नेपाल (NDFN) र SDBP–मोरङको संयुक्त आयोजनामा कोशी अस्पतालमा कार्यरत स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरूका लागि नवजात शिशु श्रवण परीक्षण (Neo-natal Hearing Screening) सम्बन्धी २ दिने महत्वपूर्ण तालिम सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भएको छ।
यस तालिमसँगै नवजात शिशु श्रवण परीक्षणका उपकरणहरू पनि हस्तान्तरण गरिएको छ, जसले नवजात शिशुहरूमा श्रवण समस्या समयमै पहिचान गरी आवश्यक सेवा तथा हस्तक्षेप गर्न महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पुर्‍याउने विश्वास लिइएको छ। यो कार्यक्रम Sense International को सहयोगमा सम्पन्न भएको हो। हामी सबै साझेदार संस्था, स्वास्थ्यकर्मी तथा सहयोगीहरूप्रति हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त गर्दछौं।
On the occasion of the International Day of Deafblindness 2026, we are pleased to share that the National Federation of the Deaf Nepal (NDFN), jointly with SDBP–Morang, successfully organized a meaningful 2-day training on Neo-natal Hearing Screening for health care workers at Koshi Hospital.
On this occasion, neonatal hearing screening devices were also handed over, which will help ensure early identification of hearing challenges in newborns and support timely intervention and services.
This program was supported by Sense International and implemented in collaboration with partners.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all partners, health professionals, and supporters for their continued commitment.
