Ensure your football career by registering through the FIFA Connect system at your respective district football association.

Who can register?

Any Nepali citizen footballer from any district.

How to register?

1. Download and clearly fill the official form.

2. Scan the completed form (no blurry or unclear scans).

3. Send the scanned copy to the WhatsApp number mentioned in the form.

Important Notes:

The form will be kept for official record and registration purposes.

Incomplete or unclear forms will be rejected.

You will receive a confirmation reply once your registration is verified.
