🇳🇴🕊️ A HEARTFELT FAREWELL TO OUR BELOVED KING HARALD V 🕊️🇳🇴

Today, Norway is wrapped in sorrow.

With a heavy heart, I join the entire nation together with PICON (Philippines & International Culture Organization in Norway) & KNV (Kalayaan Norge Vestland) in mourning the passing of His Majesty King Harald V—a King who was not only a monarch, but a warm and familiar presence in the lives of generations of Norwegians and everyone who has come to call Norway home. ❤️🇳🇴

Living here in Norway, I have come to understand that the King represented something much greater than a crown. He represented unity, compassion, dignity, humility, and the spirit of Norway. Through celebrations and moments of grief, he stood beside his people with warmth and wisdom.

He was a King who made people feel seen, heard, and included. His love for Norway was unmistakable, and the love Norwegians had for him was equally profound.

Today, we say goodbye with tears, but also with immense gratitude for a life devoted to serving Norway. Thank you, Your Majesty, for giving so much of yourself to your people and to this beautiful country we are privileged to call home.

My deepest condolences go to Her Majesty Queen Sonja, the Royal Family, and the entire Norwegian people. May you find strength and comfort in the countless memories of a life so faithfully dedicated to Norway.

Hvil i fred, kjære Kong Harald. 🕯️❤️
Your voice may be silent, but your legacy will live on in the hearts of the Norwegian people.

Takk for alt, Deres Majestet.
Alt for Norge. 🇳🇴❤️
