Volunteer Introduction:

Boban Matevski is from Macedonia, he learned TM 10 years ago in Skopje and has 2 Advanced Techniques.

He wanted to come to MERU to be surrounded by like-minded people and to deepen his personal experience. Boban wants to contribute and help with the tasks and responsibilities that are required for MERU to function properly.

He would like to keep on growing and learning Advanced Techniques at MERU since it's the perfect place for it! Boban will be helping us with the dining services as well as housing.

A new road has been finished at MERU and with this, we are one step closer to fulfilling Maharishi’s Master Plan for the Capital of the Global Country of World Peace. More and more constructions are popping up all over the MERU Campus, an invigorating sight that inspires all to continue our work toward our collective mission. This educational and administrative hub organizes and supervises all TM-related activities around the world ensuring that Maharishi’s knowledge reaches every corner of the earth.

It is truly magical to see Maharishi's Master Plan come true at the MERU Campus. As new, young ideas and perspectives flow with energetic vigor, The Capital of the Global Country of World Peace makes vital steps forward every day.

Here, we can see a mockup of the MERU Master Plan and the Tower of Invincibility at the center. We are all working to make every one of these buildings a magnificent reality.

Right next to Maharishi's home, there is a beautiful pond surrounded by a dreamy forest. It is usual to see MERU volunteers taking a walk after lunch through these unique sights, the perfect place to enjoy the exceptional silence that emanates from the campus.

Now, as the fall takes over the forest, a delightful color palette decorates the area with yellows, oranges, and greens still present in various shades.

When volunteering at MERU, one can experience the wonderful benefits of essential oils, all created from flagrant wildflowers grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides.

When desired, you would get a Maharishi Consultation where specific essential oils are selected for you by a consultant. You could also receive a special home program so you can continue to enjoy progress and bliss at home. This involves the use of certain recommended essential oils which are choosen for your particular body type, as determined through principles of Maharishi Ayur-Veda, thus addressing and supporting specific aspects of body or mind that you wish to strengthen or support.

MERU is good for your meditation since you get to practice your Asanas twice a day and you are surrounded by nature. I come here by bike every day through the woods, it's really beautiful! At MERU one can volunteer in many areas, whether in the kitchen, the dining hall, as a dishwasher, or in the garden.

When working in the garden, one has the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, learn about flora and soil, and plant and harvest. We even have a greenhouse where smaller crops are grown, and various plants and bushes are cultivated to be transplanted later on.

Afterward, there is always the possibility to work in our administrative departments and have a more permanent stay at MERU.

Coming to MERU is always about a spiritual experience. However, there is a whole world of activities one can access to while staying at Vlodrop.
