Vision and mission

Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh envisions a society in Netherlnds which every individual, inspired by the universal values of Hindu Dharma, lives in a state of complete physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being. Hindu Swayamsewak Sangh - Nederland is a voluntary, non-profit, social, educational, and cultural organization. We aim to coordinate the Hindu community in The Netherla

nds to practice, preserve, and advance ideals and values of Hindu Dharma. Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh aims: to promote the Hindu Dharma and furthermore everything that is directly or indirectly related to this or can be conducive thereto, all in the broadest sense of the word. Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh strives to achieve its goal, among other things, by educating the community in the ideals and way of life of the Hindu Dharma, in order to become better and more useful citizens and to achieve a harmonious unity within the community. Hindu Swayamsewak Sangh - Nederland regularly conducts values-based education programs for children, youth and adults through our weekly Shakha’s. Through Sewa activities and outreach projects, we foster a sense of duty for the community, responsibility, and volunteerism. Through our regular educational programs based on Dharma, we promote and educate discipline, self-confidence, teamwork, leadership skills and the spirit of selfless service. HSS NL attempts to instil pride in Hindu Heritage among its members and to enhance appreciation of Hindus around the world, their traditions, and civilization by the broader community in the Netherlands. Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh seeks to contribute through all forms of education to the physical, mental, social and spiritual formation and personal development of individuals, who base their daily lives on the universal values of Hindu Dharma and thereby contribute to a healthy , united and subservient society in the Netherlands.

This is a unique opportunity to discuss with him the vision and work of VHP and together build a stronger connection between the Hindu community and Hindu organizations in the Netherlands.

About Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP)
Founded in 1964, VHP has played a key role in promoting Hindu Dharma and supporting community initiatives. The organization has been a driving force for decades in acquiring the land and eventually building the Bhagwan Shri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and manages thousands of social welfare projects such as schools and hospitals across India. VHP is active in religious, spiritual and social areas.

*Another very unique and special contribution has been launched in The Netherlands: A *special stamp has been designed and printed on the occasion and commemoration of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir inauguration. There are 2 different stamps: one for the Netherlands for domestic use and one for international use.* *These stamps can be used to send letters within the Netherlands and outside the Netherlands.*

Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh - Nederland nodigt u graag uit om deel uit te maken van deze transcendentale transformaties in het universum. Daarom organiseert HSS Nederland een campagne: de spirituele ontwakingsweek

Het doel is om zoveel mogelijk mensen te informeren, te betrekken, en de allerhoogste zegeningen van Bhagwan voor iedereen te verkrijgen.

De campagne start op Makar Sankranti, maandag 15 januari 2024, en wordt afgerond op Putrada Ekadashi, maandag 22 januari 24

Hoe kunt u deel nemen van deze spirituele campagne?

• Wij verzoeken u om een of meer van de volgende spirituele activiteiten (of iets vergelijkbaars) te organiseren:-

- Collectief reciteren (108x) van de Overwinningsmantra “Shri Rām Jai Rām Jai Jai Rām”

- Collectief chanten van Hanumān Chālisā
- Collectief chanten uit Sundar Kānd Path
- Collectief chanten van Shri Rāmrakshā Stotra
- Collectieve zang van Bhajan en Kirtan

- Door na zonsondergang Diya’s aan te steken (thuis, op kantoor, mandir, etc.)

- Op 22 januari verzoeken wij ieder gezin vriendelijk om na zonsondergang diya’sin hun huishouden aan te steken, waardoor deze gedenkwaardige gebeurtenis wordt getransformeerd in een goddelijk lichtfestival, dat talloze huizen over de hele wereld
verlicht.

- Door foto's/video's van de evenementen op sociale media te delen om onze Samaj te inspireren.🙏🙏🙏

It gives us great pleasure to convey that the joyous occasion - inauguration ceremony (prāna-pratishthā) of Bhagwan Shri Ram Mandir will be conducted in Ayodhyā (Bharat) will be conducted on January 22, 2024. Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh – Nederland would like to appeal to all Shri Ram Bhakta’s in Netherlands to celebrate this historical event locally. This historic occasion will surely be filled with sacred and devotional enthusiasm and will bring unparalleled joy amongst Hindus and in our hearts.

We humbly appeal to all devotees of Bhagwan Shri Ram to take this unique opportunity to uplift their mind, body and soul through these Divine changes.

Please participate in the spiritual awakening week “ , ”. The purpose is to inform & engage as many peoples as possible and get the supreme blessing from Bhagwan for everyone.
