Project Result: WellPower Self Care Set

As a key result of our project WellPower, we created a practical and inspiring brochure focused on self-care, emotional well-being and stress management.

It brings together tools, reflections and simple exercises developed during our activities, designed to support young people in understanding their emotions and taking better care of themselves.

Because taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body 💙

Today was dedicated to creating personal Self-Care Sets. Participants reflected on their needs, boundaries and resources while learning how to prioritize their mental and emotional health. Taking care of yourself is an act of strength ✨

🌍 Learning beyond walls, guided by nature.

Day 6 took us outside again, exploring areas of Iceland with cultural significance and discovering unique natural wonders. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, we slowed down, connected with each other and reflected in a different rhythm.
Nature reminded us that balance, resilience and growth are already within us 🌿

From video-making activities to presentations, participants used creativity as a tool for expression and self-reflection. Sharing stories, perspectives and talents reminded us that every voice matters. Creativity connects us beyond words 🎬✨
