🇹🇼 Organised by 西藏台灣人權連線 Human Rights Network for Tibet and Taiwan, our Director Loretta Lau Art joined a panel with 赴湯 3.0 香港人權陣線 to discuss how to continue Hongkonger’s identity and memories, as well as our connections with other communities still facing oppression, such as Tibetan and Uyghur communities.

你相信藝術可以成為對抗極權的武器嗎？

明天（6/6）晚上，好民邀請到了一位非常特別的講者——活躍於歐洲的海外港人行為藝術家、人權組織「我地（NGO DEI）」創辦人 Loretta Lau。
​
她曾是一位平凡的中學美術老師。2019年香港反送中運動，親眼見證人們為了自由與正義的掙扎，徹底改變了她的生命。同年，她在捷克布拉格當代藝術中心發表作品《 Letter to my People》，在現場被剃去長髮，以此象徵即將面臨的監禁判決；數月後，她發表公共行為藝術《記憶抹除者》，將自己關入2公尺的白色立方體內長達整整24小時。

2021年，她在歐洲成立了「我地（NGO DEI）」，宗旨是「香港人在哪裡，哪裡就是香港。」透過藝術展覽、文化行動與公共教育推動民主、人權及自由價值。近年除了香港議題外，亦參與烏克蘭難民支援、威權主義與戰爭人權等國際議題。

第三屆香港人權作品展開幕典禮圓滿落幕。謝謝各位朋友在百忙之中前來，每一位到場的你們，都是成就這場展覽不可或缺的力量。尤其感謝從第一屆便一路相挺的老朋友，真的很感恩能與大家相遇，你們的出席讓我們深感榮幸與感動。

在跨境鎮壓的陰霾下，今年展覽的舉辦更顯不易。我們期望這裡不僅是用作品訴說人權故事的空間，更是傳遞保護、抵抗與希望精神的所在。願我們能凝聚這份力量，共同守護台灣的民主自由與人權，並迎來光復香港的那一天。

【六四前夕香港人權作品展台北開幕　策展人：香港正經歷「沉默的文化大革命」】

在六四事件37周年前夕，第三屆香港人權作品展今日（2日）在台北二二八國家紀念館開幕。展覽集合來自香港、台灣、英國及加拿大的藝術家，透過畫作、雕塑、裝置藝術及文字創作，記錄流亡港人的故事與時代記憶。策展人、流亡藝術家黃國才表示：「今年參展作品主題涵蓋國家暴力、政治打壓，以及對逝去手足的悼念，希望透過藝術保存香港人的共同記憶。」

今屆學生組冠軍由一名12歲學生獲得，她創作的畫中描繪六四抗爭者、反修例運動時被發現全裸浮屍的陳彥霖，以及抗爭者。

得獎學生表示，希望透過作品提醒台灣社會珍惜現有自由，「如果不好好守護台灣，台灣的自由民主，就會像香港的自由民主一樣灰飛煙滅」。

｜赴湯展出遭淋紅油痕跡　冀將恐懼化作見證

展覽其中一件作品，是「香港人權陣線」創辦人赴湯（湯偉雄）的台北拳館，早前遭人淋紅油的大門。他希望把恐懼轉化為藝術創作，讓觀眾看見香港人在跨境鎮壓下面對的壓力。

他表示今屆作品展的主題是抵抗、保護與希望，「當自己面對打壓時，得到台灣政府及香港朋友的支持與保護，與身邊的人一起抵抗。希望透過親身經歷，透過展覽將這種精神繼續傳遞下去」。

｜黃雨傘與抗爭字句重現展場

今年作品展其中一個特色，是場內佈滿象徵雨傘運動的黃色雨傘。雨傘小屋裏，寫上不同的抗爭字句或《願榮光歸香港》歌詞等，黃國才指出，這些在香港已淪為禁言的政治口號，如今透過藝術形式在台灣重新被看見。

今屆人權作品展冠軍得獎者是香港當代藝術家劉學成，雕塑作品以香港島為原型，而且還附有肩帶，象徵流亡海外的香港人，仍然背負着對家園的記憶與牽掛。

｜黃國才：香港正發生「沉默的文化大革命」

香港藝文界近年紅線處處，演藝活動無法租場、被取消，藝術作品被審查。黃國才感慨香港正經歷一場「沉默的文化大革命」。

他指出，香港社會正出現歷史被清洗、記憶被抹去的現象，很多事情「大家都知道，但不可以說。當人們明知某些事情存在，卻無法公開討論時，就像活在一個謊言之中」。

他認為，在海外社會仍然能夠公開討論香港議題，甚至能夠於國家級博物館展出相關作品，是一件十分難得的事。

｜評審哽咽：願意繼續創作本身就是一種抵抗

今年作品展評審之一、藝文團體「NGO Dei我哋」創辦人劉慧婷（Loretta）在致詞時一度哽咽。她表示，自己經常思考香港人在過去七年間如何一路走過來，又認為，當人身處最孤獨的處境，仍願意持續創作、向外界送上祝福，本身就是一種抵抗。

第三屆香港人權作品展即日起至8月30日於台北二二八國家紀念館展出，她希望可以讓更多人看見香港人的故事。

🌟 As our exhibition comes to a close, we would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for the closing event of The Great Filter by artist Peter Mammes this Friday.

After an interesting artist talk, it was wonderful to end the exhibition surrounded by so many engaged visitors, thoughtful conversations, and shared reflections.

Over the course of the exhibition, we have been inspired by the questions, discussions, and connections that emerged around the work, and we are grateful to everyone who took the time to visit and participate.

This exhibition was made possible with the support of , and of course a special thanks to for bringing his amazing artworks and concept to NGO DEI.

We were also delighted to participate in 's Contemporary Art Tour The Hague for the very first time and to welcome new visitors to our gallery.
