🌱 Successfully Completed: PUM Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) 🌱

It was a great pleasure to see the successful completion of the PUM Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) at BRAC Agricultural Technology Institute (ATI), Sadhubari, Sherpur, Bogura, held from 8–12 August 2026.

The five-day training programme was conducted by young PUM expert Tomba Brilijant Paagman, focusing on strengthening the knowledge and practical skills of trainers to promote safe, sustainable and quality agricultural production.

🌱 Key topics covered included:
✅ Practical implementation of GAP standards
✅ Safe and sustainable agricultural production
✅ Food safety and management of biological, chemical and physical hazards
✅ Soil, water and crop production risk assessment
✅ Post-harvest contamination risk management
✅ Preparing farms and production systems for GAP certification

A practical field visit was also organised as an important part of the programme, allowing the trainees to connect theoretical knowledge with real-life field practices and gain practical experience in applying GAP principles.

The programme concluded successfully with the distribution of certificates to the participating trainees, recognising their successful completion and active participation in the training.

Some projects end when the expert leaves.

The good ones begin there.
During the recent PUM Expert assignment at CSS AVA Center, Khulna, Gebert Janssen worked closely with the management and team to look at the organisation from a different perspective — the customer’s, the employee’s and the manager’s.

The focus went beyond training.
It was about improving the customer journey, strengthening service standards, developing people, improving sales and creating more consistent ways of working.

The honest conversations were perhaps the most valuable part.
Because improvement starts when an organisation is willing to ask:
“What can we do better?”

Thank you to Hilton Roy and the CSS AVA Center team for their openness and commitment, and to Gebert Janssen for sharing his experience and practical insights.
The assignment is complete.
Now the real journey begins.

It is a pleasure to announce that the Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) successfully underway at BRAC Agricultural Technology Institute (ATI), Sadhubari, Sherpur, Bogura, from 8–12 August 2026.

🎉 Successfully Completed: Medical Equipment Sales & Branding Training in Bangladesh 🇧🇩

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of a two-week PUM expert mission on Medical Equipment Sales & Branding, held from 13–23 July 2026 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

During the first week, Mr. Eric Cornelissen, PUM Marketing Expert from the Netherlands, conducted a comprehensive assessment of Modern Biotech's sales ecosystem. Based on his findings, he developed a tailored training program for the company's sales team and senior management.

The second week featured an intensive capacity-building program focused on strengthening sales strategies, enhancing brand positioning, improving customer engagement, and supporting sustainable business growth in the medical equipment sector. Participants gained practical knowledge, hands-on experience, and actionable strategies that can be applied directly in their daily operations.

This project reflects PUM's ongoing commitment to strengthening local enterprises through international expertise and capacity building across diverse sectors, including healthcare, agriculture, horticulture, livestock, food processing, IT, and many others.

Our sincere appreciation goes to Mr. Eric Cornelissen for sharing his valuable knowledge and expertise, and to the entire Modern Biotech team for their enthusiastic participation, dedication, and commitment throughout the project.

🏥 Strengthening Healthcare Resilience in Khulna, Bangladesh

At PUM Netherlands Senior Experts, we believe sustainable healthcare is built by strengthening people, systems, and organizations.
