From a small village in Sweden to a senior commercial role in the Netherlands 🇸🇪🇳🇱

For Malin Morin, building an international career has been all about curiosity, adaptability and the power of connections. 🔄️

Working as a Commercial Director for a company Royal P***k Spices, Malin’s role spans everything from customer relationships and strategy to sustainability, production, raw materials and quality management.

As she says, working for a smaller company comes with a perk of truly diverse roles. And don’t be fooled by the company size - they play an important role on the European bakery business.
