It is a 6 week program, starting in the week of September 15th, where you meet weekly in a group of 4-6 people with one facilitator for around 1-1.5 hours. There will be readings to prepare every week of around 1-1.5 hours as well. This is where you can get familiar with the core ideas, so if you are curious about EA this is the place to start.
