We are 4 students of the Hotel School The Hague and we want to contribute to society by helping the less fortunate. We will raise money for the children in the Emma Children’s Hospital. Many of these children are very ill and the pain these children and their families have to go through, is beyond belief. That is why we want to help and we believe in making a change. With our love for gastronomy a
nd the skills taught by our education, we want to create an unique experience. An experience that revolves around: people, the passion for the culinary art, the sense of community and competing. With a strong motivational drive of each of our team members we will create a memorable event that will inspire others.
“Battle of the Hotel Schools” A culinary event in which 5 hotel schools from all across Europe will create a 4 course dinner/lunch and will compete on who has prepared the best dish. Every course is accompanied by a specially selected wine, and will be judged by Michelin star Chefs. As a guest attending the event, you will experience culinary highlights and delicious wines; you will feel the tension of the hotel schools who will give their utmost to win this competition, and most important you will contribute to a better society by raising money for the children in the Emma Children’s Hospital!
