International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression
Every child deserves safety, love, protection, and the opportunity to grow in a nurturing environment. Yet, millions of children around the world continue to suffer the devastating effects of violence, abuse, neglect, conflict, exploitation, and aggression.
Today, we remember the innocent children whose lives have been scarred by circumstances beyond their control. We stand with survivors, honor their resilience, and reaffirm our commitment to protecting every child's right to live free from fear and harm.
Healing goes beyond physical safety. Children affected by violence need psychosocial support, trauma-informed care, access to education, and communities that help them rebuild hope and confidence for the future.
At Ashia Community Foundation (AcF), we believe that every child deserves a chance to heal, thrive, and reach their full potential. Together, we can create safe spaces where vulnerable children are protected, heard, and empowered.
đź’™ Protect a child. đź’™ Listen to a child. đź’™ Support a child. đź’™ Be a voice for every child at risk.
Because no child should suffer the consequences of aggression.

Community Responsibility
Protecting children is not the responsibility of one person or one organization—it is a collective responsibility.
Families, schools, faith leaders, government institutions, and communities must work together to ensure that every child grows up free from violence, fear, and exploitation.
Let us build a future where every child is safe, empowered, and inspired to succeed.
Ashia Community Foundation remains committed to empowering communities and inspiring change.

Ashia Community Foundation, in partnership with Women Safe House, carried out a sensitization and advocacy outreach on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) across selected churches in Zonkwa Ward, Zango Kataf LGA of Kaduna State.
The program educated women, men, youths, and community members on the dangers of r**e, domestic violence, abuse, and harmful cultural practices while promoting the rights and dignity of women and vulnerable persons.
Participants were encouraged to speak out against abuse, seek support, and promote peaceful homes and healthy relationships. The sensitization also highlighted the important role of men in preventing violence and protecting women and children.
Church leaders, women groups, youths, and community members actively participated and called for more awareness programs within churches and communities.
Ashia Community Foundation remains committed to promoting justice, healing, dignity, and protection for survivors of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence across Southern Kaduna and beyond.

As noted by Cyril A., there was a “wanted” call.

But beyond the words, something deeper stands out.

Naymarie Francesca Musa may not be known to all of us personally, yet her personality speaks where introductions are absent.
Not through noise but through quiet, consistent impact.

As a community (AcF), we see in you what we stand for women rising, empowering others, and creating space where there was none.

The kind of strength that doesn’t compete, but lifts. Builds. Multiplies.

And we look forward to more than just hearing. At AcF, we hope to have our own encounter with you soon.

Today, we don’t just echo the call, we celebrate a woman whose life reflects the very essence of empowerment.

🎂 Happy Birthday.

May your voice grow stronger,
your impact go deeper,
and more women rise because you did.
