BACKGROUND
It is no news that the youths make up the larg
est part of our population as a country, unemployment rates are extremely high and as a result of the rampancy of social vices and the deterioration in the general standard of living. The quality of our educational system is dropping further and further down; churning out half baked graduates that are ill prepared to stand a chance in the highly competitive labour market and also to take the country from where it is to where it should be. The current Rates of unemployment in the country make it a necessity for graduates and youths in general to acquire a competitive edge to be considered in the labour market hence the need for an initiative that further refines the youth, equipping them with the proper skills required for optimal performance in the society. Our mission is to directly engage young people in the world by exposing them to opportunities for capacity building, purposefulness and self development for the ultimate betterment of our society. OBJECTIVES
1. Stimulate creativity and resourcefulness in youths by engaging them in planning and implementation of community empowerment programs.
2. Implement strategies for community empowerment
3. Deliver educative programs and initiatives across various fields that are important for development.
4. Collaborate and engage with experts in several fields and connect them with our target audience which are the youths.
