SUCCESSFUL SANITATION EXERCISE...!

The Leadership of the Elebele Youth Movement (EYM) wishes to extend its sincerest gratitude to all members and volunteers who participated in the sanitation exercise. Despite the short notice and impromptu nature of the notification, the turnout and commitment displayed by our youths were truly commendable.

Your dedication, sacrifice, and collective effort contributed significantly to the success of the exercise and demonstrated the spirit of unity, responsibility, and community service that EYM embodies.

COMMENCEMENT OF APPLICATION FORM DISTRIBUTION FOR EYM SKILLS ACQUISITION PROGRAMME

The Elebele Youth-movement (EYM) is pleased to announce to the general public the official commencement of the distribution of application forms for the Stage 1 Skills Acquisition Training Programme, which is scheduled to commence soon.

This initiative is aimed at equipping youths of Elebele Community with practical, digital, and entrepreneurial skills that will promote self-reliance, innovation, and sustainable development.

Available Categories (Limited Slots):
•Agro Skills: 20 Forms Only
•Technology Skills: 20 Forms Only

Application forms will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested applicants are advised to obtain their forms as early as possible, as only 40 forms are available for this batch.

THE SECOND EDITION OF THE ELEBELE COMMUNITY YOUTH SENSITIZATION PROGRAMME ACHIEVES REMARKABLE SUCCESS

The Elebele Youth Movement (EYM) in collaboration with Security and Rights Opportunities (SRO) Project has successfully concluded the second edition of the Elebele Community Town Hall Youth Sensitization Programme, marking a significant milestone in community development.
This impactful initiative, supported by prominent organizations including Spaces for Change, Youth and Environmental Advocacy Centre, and Open Society Foundations, brought together youths, community leaders, and stakeholders to address pressing social issues affecting the community.

The programme witnessed a large turnout of enthusiastic youths in Elebele Community and beyond who actively engaged in discussions centered on drug abuse, cultism, and other related social vices, with resource persons delivering insightful presentations that educated participants on the dangers and long-term effects of these issues. The interactive sessions provided a platform for young people to express concerns, ask questions, and propose solutions. Notably, the programme achieved increased awareness among youths about the risks associated with drug abuse and cultism, with many participants expressing renewed commitment to making positive life choices.

Furthermore, the programme strengthened unity among youths and reinforced the importance of collective responsibility in building a safer society. It also fostered collaboration between the youth body and partner organizations, paving the way for future initiatives.

The success of the second edition underscores the importance of continuous engagement, education, and empowerment of young people in tackling social vices. Consequently, the Elebele Youth Movement remains committed to sustaining this initiative and expanding its reach for greater impact.
Ultimately, the programme has proven to be a transformative movement inspiring hope and positive change across the Elebele community.
