Meanwhile, the NADIGIGS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM – Cohort 2 is concluding the first three months of the program today!
6 mentees started the journey, and 4 are still continuing on this path. Every stage of this journey has been a learning experience, and we are committed to making it count for every child.
After tonight’s session on Digital Literacy, we will begin our review sessions with mentors, mentees, and parents/guardians to assess the overall impact of the program so far.
We want to understand what we have done well, what could be better, and the areas that need more attention. We will also carefully examine the gaps between the mentees’ initial expectations and where they are today.
These insights will guide how we structure the second half of the program to ensure that we remain responsive to the needs of each child.
We believe that impact is not just about having a plan; it is also about learning, listening, and improving as we go.
Continuous learning and improvement will help us strengthen our processes, close existing gaps, and create the meaningful impact we desire in the lives of these children.
Our goal remains the same: BRINGING OUT THE BEST VERSION IN EVERY CHILD.
