Today, Ijaw Women Rights' Protection Forum proudly celebrate Major Isaac Jasper Adaka Boro Day in honour of the great Ijaw hero, Major Isaac Jasper Adaka Boro, whose courage, sacrifice, and love for the Niger Delta people continue to inspire generations. The Ijaw Women Right’s Protection Forum remembers Adaka Boro as a fearless voice who stood for justice, equality, resource control, and the dignity of the Ijaw people. His struggle was not for hatred or division, but for fairness, development, and the protection of our land and future. As we mark this important day, we call on all Ijaw sons and daughters, especially the youth, to uphold unity, peace, education, and leadership with integrity. Let us continue to speak against oppression, injustice, violence against women, and all forms of exploitation affecting our communities.
May the legacy of Adaka Boro never fade. His bravery remains a symbol of resistance, strength, and hope for the Ijaw nation.
Happy Adaka Boro Day to all Ijaw people across the world

Please read and share 🤝Edudcate our girl children👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💑💑 that Menstruation is a natural part of a girl’s growth and should never be treated with shame or silence. Parents, teachers, and communities must educate girls with love, respect, and correct information, while teaching boys to stop teasing and discrimination. When we break the stigma around menstruation, we help girls grow with confidence, dignity, and good health. 💜 Many young girls become afraid or confused during their first menstrual experience because nobody prepared them. Some are mocked, isolated, or made to feel dirty because of harmful cultural beliefs and lack of education. This silence affects their confidence, mental wellbeing, and even their education. No girl should feel ashamed because of a natural biological process.
We must continue to create awareness in schools, homes, churches, mosques, and communities that menstruation is normal and healthy. Girls should have access to sanitary pads, clean water, proper hygiene education, and emotional support. Boys should also be educated to understand and respect menstruation instead of making jokes about it. A society that supports menstrual health protects the dignity and future of the girl child. Let us raise a generation where girls can speak freely about their health without fear, shame, or embarrassment. Every girl deserves respect, care, and the right information about her bod👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Happy Mother’s Day to all strong, loving and hardworking mothers across the world, especially the brave Ijaw mothers whose sacrifices, prayers and strength continue to hold our families and communities together. Today, the Ijaw Women Rights' Protection Forum celebrates every mother for her endless care, wisdom and courage. Mothers are the backbone of society, the first teachers of every child and the light that guides the home.
We encourage all mothers to continue raising children with love, discipline, peace and good moral values. Your efforts may not always be seen, but they are deeply appreciated and honored. May God bless and protect all mothers, give strength to single mothers, comfort to grieving mothers and joy to every woman praying for motherhood. Happy Mother’s Day from the Ijaw Women Rights Protection Forum

The Ijaw Women Right’s Protection Forum calls on all citizens, especially the electorate, to rise to their responsibility and demand accountability from those in leadership. Good governance thrives when leaders are transparent, responsible, and committed to the welfare of the people. Silence in the face of injustice, corruption, and poor leadership only weakens our society.
Let us stand together to promote fairness, integrity, peace, and development for the benefit of all.
