What happens when great people, delicious food, and a shared sense of purpose come together? You get an unforgettable Easter experience

On April 5th, the Rotaract E-Club of Ibom Cosmopolitan hosted a vibrant Easter Fellowship “Usung Ikpong & Afia Efere” and it truly exceeded expectations.

From the very start, the atmosphere was warm, lively, and filled with genuine connection. There were shared laughs, meaningful conversations, and of course, a delightful spread of local dishes that brought everyone closer together 💪

Beyond the food and fun, we also: Reflected on impactful moments from World Rotaract Week Received exciting updates on upcoming events, including DISCON 2026 Strengthened our bonds as a club while welcoming amazing guests

It was more than just a gathering it was fellowship in its truest form. A beautiful reminder that Rotaract is not only about service, but also about community, friendship, and shared growth❤️

What if the pain you’ve been told is “normal”, isn’t?

Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside it, causing severe pain, heavy periods, and sometimes even infertility.

CLEAN SWEEP FOR A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT

On 14th March 2026, the Rotaract E-Club of Ibom Cosmopolitan, in collaboration with Rotaract Clubs across Akwa Ibom and Cross River State, alongside three Rotary Clubs in Eket, successfully carried out a WASH project themed: “Clean Sweep for a Healthy Environment.”

As part of our commitment to promoting hygiene, environmental sustainability, and community wellbeing, we donated essential waste management materials to the Akwa Ibom State School of Nursing. This initiative was aimed at supporting a cleaner, safer, and healthier learning environment for students and staff.

The project reflects the collective strength of Rotary and Rotaract in driving impactful service. By addressing proper waste disposal and environmental cleanliness, we are contributing to healthier communities and reinforcing the importance of sustainable practices.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all partnering Rotaract and Rotary clubs whose dedication and collaboration made this project a success. Together, we continue to demonstrate that service above self is not just a motto, but a way of life.

WASH PROJECT REPORT: PROMOTING HEALTHY LIVING

On 13th March 2026, the Rotaract E-Club of Ibom Cosmopolitan, in collaboration with Rotaract District 9142, successfully carried out a WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) project at the Nigeria Christian Institute (NCI).

As part of our commitment to promoting good hygiene practices among young people, we donated toothpaste and toothbrushes to the students. This initiative was aimed at encouraging proper oral hygiene and instilling healthy habits that contribute to overall wellbeing.

Beyond the donation, the engagement provided an opportunity to sensitize the students on the importance of maintaining good personal hygiene and how simple daily practices can prevent health challenges.

This project reflects our dedication to community impact and the shared vision of Rotary and Rotaract in building healthier communities through sustainable and people-centered initiatives.

We sincerely appreciate Rotaract District 9142 and all partners who contributed to the success of this impactful outreach.
