NOTICE OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Dear Esteemed Members,
This is to formally notify all members of the FUTO Alumni Association that a General Assembly will hold as follows:
Date: Sunday, 26th July, 2026
Time: 4:00 p.m.
Venue: Second Base, Maitama, Ewet Housing Estate
The meeting will feature the presentation of the Secretariat Report and Financial Report, alongside other important matters affecting the Association.
*The Exco Election will also be conducted during the meeting.*
Members are therefore encouraged to attend in their numbers and invite other FUTO alumni members to participate.
Please note that, in accordance with the FUTO Alumni Bye-Laws, Article 9, Section B(i):
"Only financially up-to-date members shall be eligible to vote and to be voted for during elections."
Members who are yet to regularize their dues or complete their registration are advised to contact the Financial Secretary for assistance before the election.
Your presence and active participation are essential to the success of the meeting and the continued growth of our Association.
