🚨 ADVISORY TO AKWA IBOM INDIGENES IN THE MIDDLE EAST

In light of the rapidly escalating tensions and security developments across Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Iraq, the Gulf States, and Yemen, the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Diaspora Matters extends its sincere concern and solidarity to all Akwa Ibom indigenes currently residing in the Middle East.
The Akwa Ibom State Government is closely monitoring the situation through relevant diplomatic and international channels. The safety, welfare, and well-being of our citizens abroad remain a top priority.
All Akwa Ibom indigenes in the region are strongly advised to:
▪️ Remain calm, vigilant, and limit movement by staying indoors where possible
▪️ Comply strictly with all safety directives issued by host country authorities
▪️ Register with the nearest Nigerian Embassy or Consulate
▪️ Keep emergency contacts readily available
▪️ Follow verified and official information channels only
