Foundation celebrates birth of GIFA by A'Ibom First Lady

~Appreciate Pastor Patience Eno's love, care for Akwa Ibomites

A charitable Organization "Enefiok Usanga's Foundation" (EUF) has rejoice with the Wife of the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor (Mrs.) Patience Umo Eno over the official unveiling of her pet project, Golden Initiatives For All (GIFA).

In a goodwill message issued to the press, and signed by it founder, Obong Enefiok Usanga, the NGO described the pet project of Her Excellency, Pastor Mrs. Patience Umo Eno as a golden Initiative which will aid bring succor to the vulnerables, downtrodden amongst many others, hitherto address and arrest the alarming rate of hardship in the state posed by economic meltdown of the country.

Obong Usanga also stated that EUF is poised to partner with the Governor's wife pet project most especially in the education sector to promote educational advancement in the State in line with the A.R.I.S.E Agenda mantra of Governor Umo Bassey Eno.

"Your Excellency, as your pet project Golden Initiatives For All GIFA will Carter for the well-being of all Akwaibomites, Enefiok Usanga's Foundation on the other hand shall complement different educational advancement Programme in line with e-component of Gov. Umo Eno A.R.I.S.E agenda". Part of the message reads.

Obong Usanga, the CEO of Ene Ventures Limited, used the opportunity to saluted the Akwa Ibom First Lady for her impactful and resourceful fifty-seven years on earth.

He, however prayed and wished the Akwa Ibom First Lady a sound health, many more years on earth.

~Salutes Obong T O Akpan's Sterling Leadership quality

A PDP stakeholder and Ibesikpo Asutan borne business Mogul, Obong Enefiok Usanga has commended Hon. Pastor Ubong Attah, expressing satisfaction on his impactful performance within his eight (8) months in office.

Obong Enefiok Usanga, who is the CEO of Ene Ventures Limited, made the commendation recently, while interacting with journalists yesterday.

According to him, the life-touching empowerment packages delivered to his Constituents by the Member Representing Ibesikpo Asutan State Constituency was top-notch and first of its kind in the history of Ibesikpo Asutan State Constituency.

He gave kudos to the State Legislator for putting the welfare of his people and State first in his legislative duties.

It could be recalled that, Hon. Ubong Attah recently doled out millions of Naira as Business start-up fund to some of his Constituents, including; Mr. Ubong Makaveli, who was empowered with the sum of N5m naira, Etubom David Jackson (N1.5m), while the duo of Hon. Daniel Asuquo and Obong Anietie Udoeyop went home with a million naira each.

"That's the kind of empowerment the people need, not a 'peanut' kind of empowerment.
A beneficiary of such empowerment can start any business of his or her choice without stress.

"I'm very impressed with his kind gesture and people centric kind of representation. God will continue to bless and guide him to do more."

Obong Enefiok Usanga has urged the Lawmaker not to relent in his effort of bettering the wellbeing of his constituents.

He equally seized the opportunity to appreciate the sterling leadership style of Obong Thomas O. Akpan, whom he said has open new doors of hope for all Ibesikpo Asutan indigenes by giving them a sense of belonging.

"With him as the leader of Ibesikpo Asutan, all factions have been merged and seized to exist.

"For the first time, we are beginning to have a formidable Ibesikpo Asutan, not Ibesikpo Asutan of faction 'A' or 'B'. Obong T. O. Akpan stands for unity, and that was the foundation which our forebearers built our Local Government upon. So, I pray the God Almighty to continuously strengthen him and grant him the wisdom to lead us to a greater height."

A CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO HIS EXCELLENCY, PASTOR UMO BASSEY ENO ON HIS SUPREME COURT VICTORY.

I, Obong Enefiok Usanga, on behalf of my Family, celebrate with His Excellency Pastor Umo Eno, the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Her Excellency, Pastor (Mrs) Patience Eno, the first lady of our dear state, and the good people of Akwa Ibom, on the confirmation of His Exellency, Pastor Umo Eno as the Governor of our dear State by the Apex Court of Nigeria.

The ruling of the Supreme Court is a confirmation of the perfect will of God and of the irrefutable choice Akwa Ibom people made during the last general election. It also reinforces the confidence our people have in the judiciary.

This is a welcomed development for the progress of our dear state.

The State craves for Competent, accountable, transparent and Committed leadership and Governor Umo Eno is a model of this kind of leadership and this victory shows that the people overwhelmingly voted for our dear governor for this job. Therefore, no amount of opposition can contest this mandate again.

Certainly, the A.R.I.S.E Agenda is here to stay and I, and my teaming supporters/believers of the ARISE Agenda reaffirm our unalloyed loyalty and support to the administration of Pastor Umo Eno, now and beyond.

This is the time for all of us from all political parties to 'ARISE' and support our God-ordained Governor. Let us all rise to the fate of greatness for a better Akwa Ibom.

85 Hearty Cheers to the Father of Modern Akwa Ibom

Between 1999 to 2007, God brought to us, a visionary, vibrant and energetic Leader. A man who saw today and tomorrow from yesterday; a man who strategize the development plan of Akwa Ibom State; and a man who fought sincerely for the common interest, wellbeing and progress of Akwa Ibom State - His Excellency, Obong Victor Bassey Adiaha Udo Attah is a Living Legend.

Today, we're celebrating the second civilian Governor of Akwa Ibom State, whose
visionary policies and programmes and particularly, the role he played in the fight for 'Resource control' and the abrogation of the onshore-offshore dichotomy, which ensured that Akwa Ibom State now earns more revenue monthly, from the Federation Account. This has helped immensely in the pursuit of the development agenda of succeeding Administrations in the State and the general well being of our people.

We are celebrating a man who left indelible footprints in several facets of life in the State including the Ibom Icon Resort and Golf Course which ranks as one of the best in West Africa.

We're celebrating a man who envisioned the Airport which is named after him, he built the Ibom Power plant at Ikot Abasi, The Shelter Afrique Housing Estate, dualised major roads, redesigned Ibom Plaza in his urban renewal program, built the Banking Layout and added more than 2000 housing units across the 31 Local Government Areas in the State to improve housing sufficiency for the people of the State. He gave Akwa Ibom State a strong and bold presence and voice in Nigeria and served as the Chairman of the Nigerian dwarf Forum.

Let's celebrate this visionary statesman and living legend who laid the foundation for most past and current political leaders from Akwa Ibom State.

We, in the OBONG ENEFIOK USANGA'S FOUNDATION are proud of you - The Eduek Asutan Ekpe. The ripe old age of 85 is a milestone achievement. We are praying for more fruitful years in good health. May God continue to guide and protect you our beloved father.

Your Excellency,
Today marks the dawn of a new and golden chapter for Akwa Ibom State and for this, we are filled with joy. It is another opportunity for us to accelerate sectoral growth as the race to the top lies before us.

On behalf of the board,management and the entire staff of the state universal basic education board( SUBEB), I congratulate His Excellency our golden governor, Pastor Umo Eno and all Akwa Ibomites on this occasion of the 36th anniversary of Akwa Ibom State.

Looking back in time from 1987 to the present, I can affirm that the state has enjoyed steady growth in infrastructural and human development.
