The caterpillar does not become a butterfly by accident.
Transformation is intentional. And what better time is there to teach it how to sprout its wings and fly than during the phase of evolution?

There is a gap of neglect that is about to be closed.

We are taking the transformational message of leadership to the people who need it the most, the individuals in the most formative and transformative season of human development – teenagers.

This is not just another conference.
It is a turning point.

A space where teenagers are being shaped into leaders.
Where purpose is awakened, and dentities are formed, before negative influences define them first.

Identity is the most basic thing you need to know about yourself before embarking on your journey of purpose discovery and these are the two basic things that inform your identity.

Your environment; The place you spend most of your time determines how you see yourself.

Your experience; The things that has happened to you determines how you know yourself.
