June is GBV Awareness Month in Akwa Ibom State.
Gender-Based Violence has no excuse.

Every woman, girl, and child deserves to live free from fear, abuse, and discrimination.

Capior Children's Haven Foundation and QueenShero Initiative stand together to raise awareness, support survivors, and promote safer communities for all.

If you are experiencing violence, speak to someone you trust, seek help, and know that you are not alone.
Together, we can break the silence. Together, we can end GBV. 🙏🏿

Too many children are silently struggling with reading, spelling, writing, and confidence in school.

Early support matters.

Through Rosa Impact Solutions, we are now offering Literacy Assessments to help identify learning gaps and provide practical support for children who need help academically.

Every child deserves the chance to thrive.

She came to me drowning in anxiety, depression, and the silent weight of abuse too shy to even look up.

I walked with her through the darkness, one step at a time, and slowly something beautiful began to happen.

Watching her rediscover her voice, stand taller, and bloom into the girl she was always meant to be is exactly why I do this work."

DAY 22 💙 – AWARENESS IS NOT ENOUGH
Children are speaking…
But who is listening?
It’s not enough to tell a child to speak up—
we must build systems that protect them when they do.

👉 Policies
👉 Training
👉 Safe reporting structures
Because a voice without protection… is still at risk.

💙 It’s time to move from awareness to action.

DAY 21 💙 IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Protecting a child is not optional.
It is a duty we all share.
👉 Speak up when something is wrong
👉 Don’t ignore the signs
👉 Be the safe place a child needs
Silence protects abuse.
Your voice can stop it.

Day 15: Your Body, Your Rules! 💙
Teaching children about personal boundaries is one of the most powerful tools we can give them.

It’s not just about saying "no"it’s about helping them understand that they are the boss of their own body.

Whether it’s an uncomfortable hug, a tickle that’s gone too far, or any touch that feels "weird," every child has the right to set a boundary.

Today’s key lessons:
The Power of "NO": It’s okay to say it to anyone, even adults or relatives.

The Bubble: Everyone has a personal space bubble that deserves respect.

Body Ownership: If it’s your body, it’s your choice.

Let's empower the next generation to speak up, stand tall, and know their worth.
