Nigeria Association of women's in Agriculture Presentation of Awards in recognition of advocacy Champions, Partners in Collaboration with the NAWIA women advocacy Network here in Nasarawa State.

The National President of the Nigerian Association of Women in Agriculture (NAWIA) has placed a call to all sectors of government to come together with the masses and be advocates and change seekers seeking to make global impact to all especially the woman, girl child and the youth.

The call was made in a speech at the NAWIA Presentation of Awards and recognition to advocates, partners and collaborators in like manner at Taza Luxury Hotel and Suites, Lafia, Nassarawa.

The Nawia highlighted their project overview aimed at broadening their field to empower women in various states through agricultural investments, job opportunities, advocating policies that favour rural development among women and youth by building influential alliances in order to foster a network that is aimed at selfless service towards achieving their goals.
In the course of the event, the body re-established their vision, mission and objectives and their achievements through its 25 years of selfless journey in ensuring that the woman, girl child and the youth thrive especially in rural environments....

Certificates and awards were presented to ; Hon. Hajarat Danyaro Members of Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Alh Tanko Danakano Umaru Commissioner, Ministry of Agriculture, Hon. Aisha Rufai Ibrahim, Commissioner Ministry of woman affair, Hon Yakabu Kwanta Commissioner, Ministry of Environmental and Natural Resources, Hon Attah Hadiza People with disability African foundation Partners CSO/CBO Lafia Nasarawa State and many others .
