⚠️ PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL NIGERIANS ⚠️

Fellow Nigerians, we are calling on everyone — especially the less privileged and grassroots citizens to stop giving out your VIN NUMBER (Voter Identification Number) from your Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) to anyone for any reason!

We have discovered that some politicians are deceitfully collecting VIN NUMBERS from people under the pretense of offering empowerment programs, job opportunities, or financial support. This is a dangerous and fraudulent practice aimed at denying you your democratic right to vote for the candidate of your choice.

Remember:
🛑 Your VIN NUMBER can be used to manipulate or rig elections at any level.
🛑 No genuine empowerment or government program requires your Voter’s VIN to assist you.
🛑 Protect your PVC — it is your voice and your power!

We are also calling on INEC, EFCC, the Police, and other authorities to warn and monitor any politician or organization that includes the VIN NUMBER of voters on so-called “empowerment” or “support” forms. Such actions are anti-democratic and unlawful.

Best Initiative for Youth and Less Privileged Development (BIYLPID) Participates in World SDGs Inaugural Committee in Abuja

The Executive Director of Best Initiative for Youth and Less Privileged Development (BIYLPID), alongside the Organization’s Admin, attended the Inaugural Committee Dinner of the World Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) West African Office held in Abuja, Nigeria.

This historic event marks a new phase of Collaboration towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals across West Africa.

BIYLPID’s participation highlights its strong dedication to Youth Empowerment, Education, Social Justice, and the inclusion of the Less Privileged in Sustainable Development frameworks.

The Organization reaffirmed its readiness to work with multilateral and Donors Agencies, Stakeholders, and Policymakers to advance Sustainable solutions that will improve lives and build resilient Communities in Nigeria and beyond.

We are calling on the relevant authorities to urgently apprehend and prosecute the pastor who

"Stripped children naked and flogged them sporadically", whether in the name of “spiritual power” or under any other guise. Such an act is a gross violation of the "Child’s Rights Act, 2003", and other applicable Nigerian laws.

The "Child’s Rights Act, Section 11(b)" guarantees every child’s right to dignity of the person, and expressly prohibits torture, inhuman or degrading treatment, including physical abuse.

Furthermore, "Section 28(1)(a)" forbids subjecting any child to any form of corporal punishment or torture that causes injury or trauma.

In addition, under "Section 34(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (1999 as amended)", every individual — including children — is entitled to respect for the dignity of their person, and no one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment.

This barbaric act is criminal and must not be allowed to go unpunished. We urge law enforcement agencies to treat this matter with urgency, to serve as a deterrent to others who may contemplate similar abuse under the cover of religion or tradition.

CONDOLENCE MESSAGE TO THE PEOPLE OF ZAMFARA STATE

With deep sense of sorrow and heartfelt sympathy, the Best Initiative for Youth and Less Privileged Development (BIYLPID) extends its condolences to the government, the Emirate Council, and the entire people of Zamfara State over the sad demise of His Royal Highness, Dr. Ibrahim Bello, who passed away after a prolonged illness.

The late monarch was a beacon of peace, wisdom, and selfless leadership. His reign brought stability, unity, and development to his people. He was a father to many, a custodian of tradition, and a man whose voice echoed reason, justice, and compassion.

This great loss is not only to Zamfara State, but to the entire nation that benefitted from his statesmanship, humility, and service to humanity. BIYLPID joins millions of Nigerians in mourning this irreparable loss.

We pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, accept his good deeds, and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus. May Allah comfort his family and strengthen the people of Zamfara State during this difficult time.

🕊️ CONDOLENCE MESSAGE ON THE PASSING OF LATE FORMER PRESIDENT MUHAMMADU BUHARI 🕊️

It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt sympathy that the Best Initiative for Youth and Less Privileged Development (BIYLPID) mourns the passing of His Excellency, Former President Muhammadu Buhari, a statesman whose life was marked by unwavering dedication to the service of our beloved country, Nigeria.

President Buhari will be remembered not only for his leadership and discipline but also for his enduring efforts toward national development, peace, and the upliftment of the underprivileged. His legacy—built on Integrity, Simplicity, and Patriotism—remains a guiding light for those of us committed to building a better society.

As an organization devoted to the Empowerment of Youth and the support of the Less Privileged, we honor his contributions and pray that his soul rests in perfect peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, the government, and all Nigerians during this period of national mourning.

May Allah (SWT) grant him Aljannah Firdaus.

Abin takaici ne da zafi a zuciya ganin yadda ake ci gaba da kai hari kan matafiya 'yan asalin Hausawa a wasu yankunan Jihar Benue da Plateau. Wannan kisan gilla ba wai kawai rashin adalci ba ne, har ma yana da matukar hadari ga zaman lafiya da tsaron kasa, musamman a Arewa.

A fahimta: Tada rikici kan wata kabila hari ne ga kowa da kowa. Idan a yau Hausawa ne, gobe wata kabila ce. Wannan zagayen ramuwar gayya da kiyayya dole ne ya tsaya.

🕊️ Mu tuna cewa karfin Arewa na cikin hadin kan al'ummominta. Amma wannan zaman lafiyar na fuskantar barazana daga tsanar juna da rashin hakuri.

🛑 we Say No to Ethnic Violence 🛑
Peace Must Prevail in Northern Nigeria

It is deeply heartbreaking to witness ongoing reports of attacks on innocent Hausa travellers in parts of Benue and Plateau States. These killings are not only unjustifiable but dangerous to the unity, peace, and security of our beloved Northern region.

Let it be clear: violence against any ethnic group is a threat to all of us. Today it's Hausa travellers—tomorrow it could be another group. This cycle of revenge and hatred must stop.

🕊️ We must remember that we are stronger together. The North has always been a land of diverse cultures, religions, and ethnic groups living side by side. But this peace is now being threatened by tribal hatred and reprisals.

🔺 The Consequences Are Dire:

National security will continue to deteriorate.

Inter-ethnic relations will be damaged for generations.

Economic activities, including trade and transportation, will suffer.

Innocent lives will continue to be lost for no just cause.

📢 We call on traditional leaders, state governments, community elders, youth groups, and security agencies to act urgently and decisively. We also appeal to religious leaders to preach peace, forgiveness, and unity.

🛑 Let us not allow hatred to define us.
🕊️ Let us choose dialogue over violence.
🤝 Let us rebuild trust and protect every life, regardless of ethnicity.

Northern Nigeria must rise above hate and build a future of unity and peace.
