Congratulations to the PAP Offshore Scholarship Recipients!

​A new chapter of academic excellence is set to begin for a group of promising students from the Niger Delta, as they prepare to travel to the United Kingdom for postgraduate studies.

These scholars were selected under the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Offshore Scholarship Scheme, a remarkable initiative designed to foster education and empower the people of the region.
​The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief (Dr.) Dennis Brutu Otuaro, hosted about 140 students, offering his encouragement and support as they are about to embark on this life-changing journey. This initiative is a testament to the administrator's unwavering commitment to advancing the Niger Delta through knowledge, capacity building, and creating opportunities for its youths.
