So many youth trivialize the importance of times and seasons as they journey through life.
We’ve always reiterated that life is in phases and men are in sizes.

RANDOM 147. Let me talk to my mentees who lead campus fellowships.
Avoid deification - your classmates behaving like your abject minions. I understand they make your bed for you, cook for you, do your laundry, and won't even allow you to carry your Bible. You're following bad examples, and you're being set up. If you follow that course, you will end up in pride. Let me explain.
You're going to leave that campus one day, come into the real world. As a "Father in the Lord," you won't want to look for a job. You can't be subordinate or ordinate. How would it seem for you to be an associate of those you pastored! And so pride will force you to start a church inopportunely. You soon discover starting a church is not easy. No ministry succeeds overnight. Many of the acclaimed ministers you see didn't smell success until after 20 years of ministry. Some 30. Which means you will struggle financially for some time. Sister Tolu, to whom you were "engaged" on campus, will leave you for someone with a "manifest destiny." Sorry, but that’s how the real world plays out.
If I were you, I'll walk humbly, lead by example, face my studies. Failing your exams because you were burdened and praying for your "daughters and sons in the Lord" does not glorify God. Again, if I were you, I'd start making my bed myself, refuse popery. I won't get involved in allocation of sisters either. You don't know anything about marriage or life. If you follow my advice, you will graduate meritoriously and enter the workforce quite easily, and still run a ministry.
Now, this is not saying you can't start a ministry right after school. You can. But I'll advise you go to a school of theology, or at least serve tutelage under a proper ministry before you do. Having a calling is not enough. You need to learn administration. And you need to learn systematic theology. Look at the living skeletons of premature ministries strewn all over the landscape. Look at the daily enactment of ignorance in video clips on social media.
Be properly ordained. Gifts will be transferred through the laying on of hands. You want those gifts, and you want the prophecies.
This is my advice.
