You described me as a visionary leader and pillar of our community - I am humbled.

The first step is always the hardest because it’s the only one you take without proof.

No guarantee, no momentum, no evidence that you’ll make it.

Just you, the ledge, and the voice in your head telling you to wait until you feel ‘ready.

But readiness is a lie we tell ourselves to stay comfortable.

Growth starts the second you grab the edge and pull.

It’ll be shaky.

Your legs will tremble.

You might even slip.

But once you’re up, the next step is easier, And the one after that ? Easier still.

So stop staring at the whole staircase.

Climb the first one.

Because every future version of you is waiting on the other side of the, first step.

One of the hardest lessons in life is discovering that the people you call “family” may not be the people you can actually count on.

Never depend entirely on family members or relatives for help.

Not because every family is bad, but because sometimes the people you expect to stand behind you are the very people who disappoint you when you need them most.

Some relatives will show up when you're dead organising the funeral, burial arrangements and family meetings.

But while you're alive and struggling to build your life, suddenly, everybody is busy.

That's why you must learn to build yourself, build genuine relationships and create your own opportunities.

Appreciate those who genuinely support you, whether they are family or not.

Blood makes people relatives.
Loyalty, sacrifice and genuine support make people family.

Don't hate your relatives because they couldn't help you.

Just don't build your entire future on the assumption that they will ❓❓❓.

My dear, Never hate anyone but distant yourself from people who do not value you.

RESPECT PEOPLE, BUT EXAMINE THERE ADVICE BIKO.

Sometimes, the person giving you advice may not actually want you to succeed.

Yes, even someone older than you.

There are people who, out of jealousy, insecurity, competition or personal experience, deliberately give younger people advice that can keep them stuck in one place.

Sometimes, this happens between women most.

But let's be careful:

Not every older woman envies a younger woman, and not every woman wants another woman to fail.

There are countless women who genuinely mentor, support and open doors for younger women.

The real lesson ?.

Don't accept advice simply because, it comes from someone older.

Respect people, but examine their advice.

Ask yourself:

Does this advice help me grow, or is it teaching me to settle ?.

Experience deserves respect but wisdom still requires discernment.

Sometimes, the person telling you, Don't try it;

it won't work, is speaking from his or her own wisdom.

Sometimes, they're speaking from their own limitations.

Please always respect people, but always try to examine there advice thanks.

Learn to know the difference.

Fear will try to stop you, doubt will question you, rejection will test you, and society, haters, relatives, and pessimists may try to pull you back.

But success belongs to those who keep moving forward despite the noise.

Stay focused on your vision, trust your journey, and remember that every challenge is just another step on the road from dreams to goals.

Keep walking—the destination worth it.

WHEN THERE IS LIFE, THERE IS HOPE BRETHREN.

As long as there is life, there is always a reason for hope.

No matter how difficult the present situation may be, never conclude that your story is over.

Challenges may delay your progress, but they do not have the power to determine your final destination.

Sometimes, life takes us through seasons of disappointment, failure, rejection, and uncertainty.

In those moments, it is easy to feel discouraged and lose hope.

But remember that every new day brings another opportunity to rise, learn, try again, and move forward.

Do not allow yesterday's failure to destroy today's courage.

Keep believing, keep working, keep praying, and keep moving.

What looks impossible today may become a testimony tomorrow.

Life itself is a gift and a reminder that possibilities still exist.

As long as you are alive, there is still time for change, restoration, success, and a new beginning.

Never give up. Keep hope alive, because when there is life, there is hope.

Do not be ashamed of how many times you have to begin again.

Every restart taught you something the previous version of you did not know.

You are not returning to the beginning empty-handed; you are returning with experience.

Learn to see the good in your spouse.

Don’t let small disappointments and unresolved resentment make you forget all the good they bring into your life.

When you constantly focus on their flaws, their efforts slowly become invisible, and even their good intentions can start irritating you.

Marriage is not about finding a perfect person.

It is about learning to appreciate a human being while also working through their imperfections.

Address the problems yourself.

Communicate with each other.

Set boundaries when necessary.

But don’t reach the stage where you hate each other so much that you can no longer see anything good in one another.

Sometimes, the marriage doesn’t need more criticism.

It needs two people who remember why they appreciated each other in the first place.
