MaryJoe Foundation at IMRF 2026 United Nations

We are proud to share that MaryJoe Foundation contributed to the Second International Migration Review Forum (IMRF 2026)!

Represented by Paola M. Güell, we joined global leaders to advocate for migration systems rooted in human dignity, equity, and shared responsibility.

Through our work in the United States and Nigeria—impacting over 1,000 migrants—we continue to see the urgent need to support women, children, and vulnerable families with access to:
✔️ Education
✔️ Healthcare
✔️ Economic opportunities

💡 At the forum, we highlighted 3 key priorities:
1️⃣ Access to basic services for all migrants
2️⃣ Stronger support for grassroots organizations
3️⃣ Collaboration between governments, institutions, and communities

We also reaffirmed our commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, especially:
✨ Gender Equality (SDG 5)
📚 Quality Education (SDG 4)
⚖️ Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10)

🤝 Together, we can build migration systems that are inclusive, safe, and humane.
