SAKI CELEBRATES SALAUDEEN SAHEED ADEYEMO ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF M.Ed.
The sons and daughters of Saki have joined family, friends and the academic community in celebrating one of their own, SALAUDEEN, Saheed Adeyemo, following his successful completion and defence of a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Management at the prestigious University of Ilorin, a remarkable academic milestone that further strengthens the growing profile of Saki indigenes making significant strides in education and professional leadership.
A proud son of Saki, Saheed Adeyemo hails from the distinguished Olubodun Baale Iya family, a family deeply rooted in education, service and community values.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Salaudeen Olubodun, both retired teachers whose years of dedication to the education and development of generations of children have left an enduring legacy. Their commitment to the teaching profession undoubtedly contributed to nurturing in their son a strong passion for education, teaching, leadership and educational administration.
A JOURNEY BUILT ON EDUCATION
Saheed Adeyemo began his educational journey at Goodness and Mercy Nursery and Primary School, Isale Adinni Area, Saki, where he obtained his primary education.
He proceeded to A.D.S. Comprehensive College, Saki Afotee, for his secondary education, before advancing to Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo, now Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, where he obtained his National Certificate in Education (NCE).
With a determination to further broaden his academic and professional horizons, he proceeded to the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN), popularly known as the “Better by Far” university, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree.
True to the institution’s popular saying that with Unilorin, it is never “bye-bye” but “see you again,” Saheed returned to the university for postgraduate studies.
His academic journey has now reached another significant milestone with the successful completion and defence of his Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Management, under the Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin.
The achievement is not merely another academic qualification; it represents years of dedication, discipline, intellectual development and an unwavering commitment to the advancement of education.
With his academic training and professional orientation, Saheed is now better positioned to contribute meaningfully to educational administration, school leadership, policy implementation and the broader development of the education sector.
