A TRIBUTE OF GRIEF AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PASSING OF OUR FIRST VICE PRESIDENT
It is with profound shock, immense pain and total submission to the will of Almighty God that I announce to the entire members of our Noble Institution the sudden passing of our dearly beloved First Vice President, ESV. EMMANUEL MARK, PhD, FNIVS, FRICS, SR/WA, SIOR, IFMA, FEMAN, RSV, who departed this life in the early hours of this morning.
This devastating news has left us heartbroken beyond words. We have lost not just a distinguished professional and accomplished administrator but a rare gem whose life embodied humility, wisdom, excellence, loyalty, sacrifice and unwavering commitment to the growth and unity of our great Institution.
ESV Dr. Emmanuel O. Mark was a man of uncommon grace and intellect. He served our Institution with passion, dignity and selflessness. His contributions to the Institution and the Real Estate Profession remain indelible and will continue to inspire generations to come. He carried the burdens of Leadership with courage and sincerity, always placing service above self and humanity above personal comfort.
Today, our Institution mourns deeply. We mourn a dependable colleague, a visionary leader, a mentor to many and a brother whose warm presence, calm counsel and dedication will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
At this painful moment, our thoughts and prayers are with his family, loved ones, friends, professional associates and every member of this Institution grieving this monumental loss. May God Almighty grant us all the strength to bear this painful departure and may HE grant our departed First Vice President eternal rest and peace.
