*One Book One Pen 3.0 was a huge success!*

In commemoration of World Literacy Day 2025, JCI Garden City in partnership with JCIN CEAPOLY PROTEM visited CSS Rumuolumeni to empower the next generation through literacy.

From motivational talks and engaging debate sessions to student recognitions and the donation of books and pens, the program reminded us that literacy is the bridge to opportunity, growth, and a better future. The project directly impacted 60+ students, advancing SDG 4, 1 & 8 while driving the JCI RISE Initiative, Workforce Motivation.

Special thanks to Majesty Barikor (President, JCI Garden City), Rita Paul (Secretary JCI Garden City/OBOP 3.0 Chaiperson), our partners, sponsors, team/volunteers, and school management, for making this flagship education impact project a reality.

*JCI CEAPOLY PROTEM BUSINESS MEETING*

On Thursday, August 28th, JCIN CEAPOLY Protem held her Business Meeting at ND2 Mass Communication Classroom (D1).

*Highlights:*
• A training on Parliamentary Procedure by JC Gladness Nneka – President of JCI Imo Elite
• Visit from JCI Garden City President Majesty Barikor and team.
• Creation of two key committees:
- Constitution Drafting Committee
- World Cleanup Day Committee
Both committees officially took their oath of office to serve diligently.

Others in attendance Mary Dennis – Presiding Officer, JCI CEAPOLY alongside the Board of Directors and other members of JCI CEAPOLY Protem, Rita Paul – Secretary, JCI Garden City, Teresa Kiani – Vice President, JCI Garden City, Esther Bassey – Member, JCI Garden City

This marks a strong step in building capacity, structure, and impactful projects for our Protem.
